The *Chimera* is a mythical creature originating from Greek mythology, known for its fearsome appearance and hybrid form. Traditionally, it is depicted with the head and body of a lion, a goat's head emerging from its back, and a serpent or dragon as its tail. The Chimera was said to breathe fire, making it even more terrifying in ancient tales. As a symbol, the Chimera represents chaos, the unnatural, and the monstrous, often embodying the concept of something composed of mismatched parts. 

In modern contexts, "chimera" also refers to anything made from diverse, sometimes conflicting elements, as well as a biological term describing organisms containing cells from different zygotes.
